This Terms of Use Agreement (the “Agreement”) is intended to constitute a binding license agreement governing your use of the Aurora website, aurorabridgecapital.com, and any websites that automatically redirect to these websites.
Aurora Bridge Capital LLC and its affiliates (“the Company,” “we,” or “Aurora”) are pleased to provide you with the following information regarding the content, tools, products, and services on all Aurora websites, as well as their content and any websites that automatically redirect to these websites.
This Agreement is intended to constitute a binding agreement governing your use of the Aurora website. By accessing or using the Aurora website, you agree to be bound by all the terms, conditions, and statements of this Agreement. By using the Aurora website, you understand and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not wish to be bound by the general terms and conditions of this Agreement regarding any Aurora website, please do not access or use the Aurora website.
Please read the binding arbitration clause and class action exemption clause titled "Dispute Resolution." This will affect how disputes are resolved.
No Consultation Services
The Aurora website, the information contained therein, and Aurora Content (as defined below) are not intended to sell any securities or to solicit an offer to purchase any securities. Any offer and/or sale of securities must be made through a formal offering document. Any offer or solicitation of any securities that may be issued with respect to any investment vehicle managed by the Company or any of its affiliated entities must be made through a formal offering memorandum and comply with the applicable securities laws and other laws of the applicable jurisdiction.
Intellectual Property and Limited License Grant
The Aurora website and all its content (including, but not limited to, all text, images, graphics, services, and other visual elements), code, software, data, and other materials (collectively, "Aurora Content"), the look and style of the Aurora website, the design and organizational structure of the Aurora website, and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein ("Marks") are owned by or licensed by Aurora and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights as provided by U.S. and foreign laws and international conventions. You are hereby granted a non-exclusive license to use Aurora content during your visits to the Aurora website. You are also granted a limited license to print copies of any Aurora content posted on the Aurora website, but only for personal use. We are not responsible for maintaining any materials you provide to the Aurora website, and we may delete or destroy any such materials at any time.
User Conduct
Without limiting the other terms and conditions of this Agreement, when accessing or using the Aurora website, Aurora content, and various other features offered on the Aurora website, you shall not:

- Use any part of the Aurora website or any Aurora content for any commercial or promotional purpose;

The Company makes no representations or warranties as to the accuracy or completeness of the content it posts on Social Media Websites and assumes no liability for any actions (or omissions) taken in reliance on such content. The Company reserves the right to modify or remove any content it posts on Social Media Websites at any time at its sole discretion.
